1.How long will it take before I receive my order? ANSWER: You should receive your order within 1-3 business days.

2. What do you charge for shipping an order? ANSWER: All orders shipped in Hong Kong are FREE and  your parcel is delivered directly to your door.

3. Do you ship internationally? ANSWER: Cameo is currently working on setting up systems for shipping worldwide. In the meantime, if you are interested in receiving Cameo clothing to a specific country, please write us an email at hello@shopcameo.com and we will happily consider your request!

4. How can I track my order? ANSWER: Once an order has been dispatched, we will send you an email with the tracking number. You can log into the HK Post website, www.hongkongpost.com/eng/, and type in your tracking number to get the latest updates on your parcel at anytime.

5. I want to return my purchase, what do I do? ANSWER: If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Cameo, you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 14 days after you have received your purchase. The return costs will be charged to the customer. 

6. Can I change my order to a different size or colour after I have received it? ANSWER: Yes and it is FREE! If you want to change to a different size or colour, Cameo will not charge you for the new delivery freight when the product is sent to you. Only the return of the original product will be charged to the customer. 
 
7. What forms of payment do you accept? ANSWER: Cameo currently accepts Visa and MasterCard, and the full amount will be reserved on your bank account when you confirm the order online.

8. Is it 100% safe to use my credit card on your site? ANSWER: Yes! Aøø payments and purchases on Cameo is handeled through PayPal, which is a well-known and very secure electronic payment system. With PayPal you will have the same guaranties and the same security as in the physical world. Your card number will not be stored in our systems. The payment is secured through our SSL (Secure Socket Layer), and all the card number details will automatically be encrypted through this secure system. During the payment process you will be asked to type in your CVV2 code which is the 3 last digits on the signature strip at the back of your payment card. An authorization of you card will be made when you confirm your details, which verifies that the customer's card is valid and that sufficient funds are available to cover the transaction's cost.

9. What happens if I am not present when the parcel is delivered? ANSWER: Your parcel will be delivered directly to the registered address you have given us. If HK Post are unable to reach you within X days, your parcel will be returned to Cameo. HK Post delivery hours are between 9am and 4pm, Mon-Fri, except holidays. Please make sure to contact HK Posty at your earliest convenience if you can’t be present during the scheduled delivery hours or need to change the delivery address.

If a package is unclaimed and returned to us we have the rights to charge you for the cost of the return delivery.  

10. Do you charge sales tax and duties on your items? ANSWER: All items are DDP (Delivery Duty Paid), which means that all relevant import taxes and duties are included in the price that you pay on our website. There will not be any additional costs after you have received the parcel.
